Tiger Equipment was established in October 1998 as a used forklift sales and service company.  That chance put us in front of Wakita Distribution, which was in charge of setting the dealer network for Yanmar construction products.  Our immediate vision was to create a business that specialized in one brand and type of equipment.  That vision has led us to becoming the Yamar construction products leader in Central Virginia.

After 25 years of our vision, we are still Virginia’s only compact excavator and wheel loader specialty company.  We service the Yanmar brand through sales, rentals, parts and repairs.
